Vincent J. Laviano, Principal Broker/President - Realty Executives of the Treasure Coast Realty Executives - Treasure Coast was established in 1993. Vincent J. Laviano became the Principal Broker and President of this fledgling real estate company in 1994. Through his business acumen, assiduous dedication and successful leadership, the firm is now the largest privately held real estate brokerage firm in Martin County and St. Lucie County, Florida.

Vince has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues and competitors alike. Because of his many contributions to the real estate profession and his generosity within the community, the Realtor Association of Martin County selected Vince as the 2004 Realtor of the Year -- RAMC's most prestigious award. Vince also received this coveted award in 1999. His efforts on behalf of the RAMC are many: Public Relations Committee, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President. Vince was elected as RAMC's 2000-2001 President. Through his hard work and determination, Martin County MLS went from an adequate system to a state-of-the art property information system with multiple capabilities Realtors are learning to appreciate.

As President of the Realtor Association of Martin County, Vince led the association into the future phases of technology and industry challenges.
